Meet Tyler Duncan, NF Dream Team Coach

I am very excited to work with NF Canada and the NF Dream Team. I am a 25 year old triathlete, and physical education student living in wonderful Victoria, BC. I love Victoria because of its fantastic atmosphere, wonderful people, and endless supply of outdoor adventure!
My involvement in sport began at the tender age of three with my Dad throwing me down a mountain on a pair of skis. That led to a few years of people putting funny plastic poles in front of me while I tried to ski around them as fast as possible. After ski racing, I took a couple years off and explored the world a little. I thought competitive sport was in my past but all is took was one ride on my dorm mate’s road bike and I was hooked!

I spent the next couple years racing around the local circuit and riding for fun, until I decided to take the next step and get serious as an athlete again. I now train full time and compete in long distance triathlons with the goal of making professional standards in the 2010 season.

I would like to thank you for your interest in the team and helping to support this very worthwhile cause. I hope my experience as an athlete and a coach will help you to reach your goals, whatever they may be!
